Your New Role and Responsibilities
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused End User Analyst to support our customer base by delivering high quality, user facing IT support.
Working as part of the wider End User Support team, you’ll play an important role in responding to incidents and service requests in a high paced and user-focused environment. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys hands on support, working directly with users, and contributing to a positive support experience across multiple channels.
You’ll provide frontline assistance through Tech Bar walk ups, call handling, meeting room support, and site wide desk visits. With guidance from senior team members, you’ll follow established processes, build technical capability, and contribute to consistently meeting service levels in a fast-paced support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first‑ and second‑level support across user‑facing IT services, including Service Desk triage, call support, walk‑up Tech Bar assistance, meeting room and AV support, and desk‑side visits across site.
Respond to incidents and service requests, ensuring issues are logged accurately, prioritised appropriately, and resolved or escalated within agreed SLAs.
Support end‑user devices and technologies, including Windows desktops and laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and standard peripherals.
Assist with endpoint setup activities such as device builds, user onboarding, basic provisioning, patching support, and troubleshooting under guidance from senior analysts.
Contribute to asset lifecycle and ITSM processes, including device deployment, asset tagging, CMDB updates, and equipment decommissioning.
Maintain and contribute to service documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures to support continuous improvement and shift‑left initiatives.
About You and What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a Service Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Support role, with exposure to high‑volume incident and request environments.
Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 applications, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and basic networking concepts.
Experience using an ITSM tool (such as Neurons, Cherwell or ServiceNow) for incident, request, and asset management, with an understanding of SLAs and customer service principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with users in person, over the phone, and via remote support tools.
A proactive and customer‑first mindset, with a willingness to learn, follow processes, and grow technical capability within a supportive team environment.
This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a or be able to obtain an NV1 level security clearance.
