Shape the Future of Commercial Project & Development Consultation with Marcon

Marcon is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our boutique Project and Development Management consultancy based in the stunning Northern Rivers region of NSW. Our team facilitates high-quality projects ranging from $2M refurbishments to $200M+ premium developments.

This is a rare opportunity to get involved in an exciting business that has developed a new paradigm as you take ownership of projects from concept to completion.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you'll manage all aspects of project delivery — with support from our tight-knit, highly experienced team. Your role will include:

Stakeholder engagement and management
Leading projects from initiation to handover
Managing budgets, timelines, and quality outcomes
Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors
Administering contracts and project documentation
Driving clear communication and issue resolution
Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and regulations
Preparing and maintaining project plans, risk registers, and reports

What We’re Looking For

Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in project delivery within the construction or development sector
Strong financial and commercial acumen with a sound knowledge of construction contracts
Proficiency with project management tools and software
