Full Job Description

You will be taking the lead role in the office of Captain Compliance, working closely with the owner, field staff and office staff, to create a smooth daily working environment. You will have the confidence and skills to read spreadsheets, forecast trends and work volume, and adjust the business appropriately. You will have the past knowledge and experience to understand and achieve the relevant KPI's set for the company, requiring stern control of other staff members.

This job requires full focus for the entire 8 hour shift each day. Auditing and compliance is a very litigious industry, where documentation and procedure are of primary importance.

Day to day tasks include scheduling field staff diaries, processing work orders, booking appointments, delegating tasks to other office staff, answering the phone and email inbox and ensuring the company runs smoothly. Experience with Google G-Suite and Service M8 are an advantage.

You must have a detailed understanding of the geography of the Northern Rivers of NSW, and the distances from town to town, to be able to schedule field staff diaries correctly.

Pay: From $61,000.00 per year
