About You:
We are looking for an individual with great customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, be proactive and self-motivated and focused on providing maximum customer satisfaction. You will be well presented, confident and physically fit to perform manual handling duties (such as the relocation of pots, bagged product and accessories).
Essential requirements:
· At least six months retail customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
· Must have current valid driver’s license (essential)
· Forklift licence desirable
· Enthusiastic, hard-working attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
· Numeracy and literacy skills and familiarity with operating a till/POS systems (desirable but not essential) on the job training can be provided
· Understanding of landscaping materials is desirable
· Comfortable working alone and following set instructions
Duties will include but not limited to the following:
· Serving customers over the phone and in our landscape yard, completing sales, operating a till and handling cash
· Aiding and giving information to customers regarding product selection and delivery options
· Attending phone and enquiries
· Potential loading of vehicles and forklift operation if applicable
