Full Job Description

RAC Busselton Holiday Park is an award-winning holiday park, located on the doorstep of Busselton and Dunsborough. This unique park is nestled within 8 hectares of natural bushland but only a short 300-metre stroll to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Geographe Bay.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front Office Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.

This role would be ideal for a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth or Busselton locals - own accommodation is preferred due to limited accommodation available on-site.

Join our close-knit team in this exciting, casual role and work with hospitality professionals from around the world to offer an unforgettable guest stay experience to our visitors.

What does every day look like for you?

You will spend your days:

Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all guests a warm welcome to the park, and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
Answering incoming phone calls, aiding over the phone and via email.
Assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the park, including for school groups, weddings and events.
Assisting with general operations of the park.

What are we looking for?

Minimum 1 years' work experience.
Hold a Certificate II or higher in hospitality field or equivalent.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Previous experience in administration highly regarded.
Previous experience using NewBook or other guest reservation software (highly regarded but not essential).
Strong time-management, organisation and multi-tasking skills.
