Full Job Description

Sun Agriculture Pty Ltd is an established Quality Agricultural Products retailer based in Wangara Western Australia, in the business of - Seeds, Fertilisers, Irrigation products, Equipment and Crop protection products that help serve and help our local farmers grow.

We are seeking a bright and highly motivated E-Commerce and International Sales Support to join our team in a dynamic and multifaceted role. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with experience handling customer service, order processing, and international shipping documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive e-commerce and international sales support to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with suppliers and warehouses.
Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and promptly.
Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and other communication channels.
Ensure product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and images are updated and accurate.
Assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns and online promotions.

· Generate sales reports and analyze e-commerce performance metrics.

· Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

· Monitor customer reviews and provide timely responses to customer concerns.

Coordinate international sales transactions between procurement team, freight forwarders, and customers.
Prepare and verify sales orders, purchase orders, shipping documents, and commercial invoices.
Track international shipments and provide status updates to customers and sales teams.
Liaise with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and resolve shipment issues.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Support quotation preparation, pricing analysis, and customer proposals.
Maintain records of international sales transactions and documentation.
Assist in managing customer relationships to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with finance regarding invoices, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, sales support, or international trade.

· Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, and ERP/CRM systems

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with experience handling customer service, order processing, and international shipping documentation.

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· High-level Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data entry)

· Positive “can-do” attitude and ethical work approach

· Willingness to learn, improve and grow with the role

· Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

Desirable:

Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or retail
