The Role

We are seeking a passionate, fast-paced, and team-oriented Kitchen Attendant / All rounder with experience in Japanese cuisine. This is a role in a dynamic kitchen environment where attention to detail, creativity, and collaboration are essential. The ideal candidate will bring energy, dedication, and a drive for excellence to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with kitchen team in daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Prepare food as required
Oversee the preparation and presentation of authentic Japanese dishes.
Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in compliance with local health regulations and our Food Safety Program.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment at all times.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and high-quality service.

Requirements

Must have minimum of 1 year experience working as a chef.
Proven experience in Japanese cuisine
Management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Commitment to continuous learning and culinary innovation.
Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
