We’re actively hiring painter subcontractors—whether you’re a sole trader or a small business with a team of 2–5 painters. From interior and exterior painting to roof painting, repaint projects, and new construction jobs, we offer consistent, high-value subcontractor work backed by strong demand. What You’ll Be Doing ️

As a trusted subcontractor with Surepaint™, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality painting services across residential homes, commercial buildings, and construction sites.

From interior repaints to full exterior transformations, you and your crew will work alongside our project management team to ensure smooth delivery, clear communication, and consistent results. Our team collaborates to create innovative solutions and foster a cohesive, inclusive work environment. We focus on quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and making every job site run like clockwork. Understanding and meeting the needs of our customers is central to Surepaint™’s business approach.

What We’re Looking For

✅ A valid QBCC Painting License

Your own ABN or ACN Number

️ Public Liability & WorkCover Insurance

‍ Workers’ Compensation Insurance (if employing staff)

Your own tools, equipment, and transport

️ A crew of 1–5 painters or ability to work independently

A strong focus on quality and site-ready presentation

️ Excellent communication skills — be professional, reliable, and respectful

A commitment to treating all clients’ homes, commercial buildings, and construction sites with care
