Early Childhood Intervention Support Worker / Educator

Due to continued growth, we are looking for compassionate, energetic and motivated Early Childhood Intervention Support Workers/Educators to join our growing team.

About the Role

You'll work one-on-one with children aged 0–9 years who have developmental delays, autism, intellectual disability and other disabilities.

Working alongside families and allied health professionals, you will implement therapy-based strategies during everyday routines, play, and community activities to support children's development and independence.

This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred supports in the child's home, community, childcare or school.
Implement therapy programs developed by Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Support children's communication, emotional regulation and social development.
Facilitate learning through play-based activities.
Assist with daily living and self-care skill development.
Support positive behaviour strategies.
Encourage independence while ensuring safety.
Build positive relationships with children and families.
Complete high-quality shift notes and documentation.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

About You

Essential Requirements

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Individual Support, Community Services, Disability, Education Support or equivalent (or currently studying)
Experience working with children (NDIS, childcare, education, disability or allied health preferred)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Australian Driver Licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Smartphone and basic computer skills
Full Australian working rights
