Due to continued growth, we are looking for compassionate, energetic and motivated Early Childhood Intervention Support Workers/Educators to join our growing team.

About the Role
You'll work one-on-one with children aged 0–9 years who have developmental delays, autism, intellectual disability and other disabilities.
Working alongside families and allied health professionals, you will implement therapy-based strategies during everyday routines, play, and community activities to support children's development and independence.
This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred supports in the child's home, community, childcare or school.
- Implement therapy programs developed by Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
- Support children's communication, emotional regulation and social development.
- Facilitate learning through play-based activities.
- Assist with daily living and self-care skill development.
- Support positive behaviour strategies.
- Encourage independence while ensuring safety.
- Build positive relationships with children and families.
- Complete high-quality shift notes and documentation.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
About You

Essential Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Individual Support, Community Services, Disability, Education Support or equivalent (or currently studying)
- Experience working with children (NDIS, childcare, education, disability or allied health preferred)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Smartphone and basic computer skills
- Full Australian working rights
