Senior Interior Designer – Brisbane

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of our in-house Design Team, you’ll work client-side across the full project lifecycle from concept to execution, while championing Mosaic’s brand values and design vision. You’ll join a passionate, multidisciplinary team that blends creativity with commercial insight to deliver thoughtful, high-quality spaces. Every project is an opportunity to challenge convention, solve complex spatial problems, and create places people genuinely want to call home.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and refine interior design direction across all Mosaic projects to ensure alignment with brand vision, quality standards and cost plan
Work closely with internal teams – Development, Construction, Sales & Marketing – to ensure cohesive design outcomes
Manage material and finish selections with external consultants and present design concepts and documentation to internal stakeholders for review and approval
Review and coordinate all milestone documentation and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency with design brief
Collaborate on render and plan reviews and manage furniture and décor selections and procurement to align with project positioning and purchaser expectations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Hold a strong passion for architecture, interior design, and placemaking.
High attention to detail.
Bachelor or Diploma of Interior Design
Experience post-graduation work experience as an Interiors Project Lead (ideally in residential or multi-residential projects.)
Project experience, with strength in documentation and delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
