About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Dentist to join our professional team on a full-time, ongoing basis.

This is a genuine long-term opportunity offering stability, strong clinical support, and excellent earning potential within a modern, well-equipped environment.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality dental care while building long-term relationships with patients and contributing positively to our collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Deliver general dental treatments including restorative, preventative, and emergency care
Perform procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, endodontics, and minor surgical procedures
Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventative care
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
Collaborate with other dentists and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Adhere to infection control protocols and AHPRA guidelines
Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional clinical environment

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a General Dentist in Australia
Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general dental procedures
Excellent communication and patient management skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality care
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience with digital dentistry (preferred but not essential)

Qualifications

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent recognised qualification
Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
Professional indemnity insurance
Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time clinical experience preferred
