We are currently seeking a Head Pastry Chef to lead our Pastry Kitchen and elevate our culinary offering.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will lead the Pastry Kitchen and support the broader Food & Beverage operation to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will:

Lead and manage the Pastry Kitchen to achieve financial and productivity targets

Maintain exceptional quality and consistency across all pastry and dessert offerings

Support menu development, seasonal promotions, and special event offerings

Contribute to the hotel’s revenue planning and marketing initiatives

Manage labour costs in line with forecasts and business needs

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing pastry team

Foster a positive team environment aligned with our brand-defining Inspire Incredible culture.

Ensure full compliance with HACCP and WHS standards

Maintain strong supplier relationships and stay current with industry trends

Drive continuous improvement across kitchen operations and procedures
