About Us

Au Ceiling Pty Ltd is a construction company specialised in providing ceiling and partition services throughout great Brisbane. As we continue to grow our project portfolio, we are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team and support the end-to-end management of our company’s contracts.

About the Role

As the Contract Administrator at Au Ceiling Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of all business contracts across the company. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all contracts are legally compliant, accurately prepared and properly executed.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, revise and finalise a wide range of contracts with clear, accurate and complete terms.
Monitor contract execution status, track key milestones, payment terms and compliance requirements.
Handle contract clause changes, including reviewing change requests, drafting supplementary agreements, and ensuring the legality and rationality of clause adjustments.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to clarify contract terms, resolve contractual inquiries, handle contract disputes and ensure consistency.
Ensure all contracts comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Assist in contract renewal and termination procedures, and coordinate relevant processes to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
Manage contract filing, archiving, tracking and retrieval to maintain complete and organized contract records.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of proven experience in contract administration.
Diploma in Business or Project Administration, Property Development, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management software (e.g., SharePoint, Conga, or similar).
Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
