Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Help Desk Analyst to join our growing technology team. This role is responsible for providing first-line technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring a high standard of IT service delivery.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical aptitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding user support.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and business applications
Create, modify, and manage user accounts and permissions
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions
Assist with employee onboarding by preparing equipment and user accounts
Perform routine system maintenance and software updates
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

Previous experience in an IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support role
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
Experience with Active Directory and user account administration
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
