Job Description
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Narrabundah, 2604

The service operates from a large hall in a setup and pack-down environment. It has ample storage space, along with a designated kitchen and office area, allowing for the efficient organisation of resources and daily operations.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

7:30am - 9:30am
2:10pm - 6:00pm
Admin: 8 hours

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

Innovation: Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
Genuine: Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
Fun: Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.
Remarkable: Manage service compliance and medical documentation.

✅As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
