About this Position
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the right stock is available at the right time to support customer demand and business objectives. You will be responsible for forecasting, replenishment planning and inventory optimisation activities whilst working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Acting as the second-in-charge to the State Replenishment Manager, you will also contribute to planning initiatives, process improvements and operational decision-making that support service excellence and efficient supply chain performance
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales, product and inventory data to forecast demand and manage replenishment requirements.
- Purchase stock from local and international suppliers while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor and analyse forecasting, inventory and replenishment performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support supplier performance management and drive initiatives to improve service levels and product availability.
- Lead inventory optimisation activities balancing customer service, warehouse capacity and working capital requirements.
- Maintain planning, supplier and product master data.
- Provide guidance and support to Replenishment Planners and act as delegate for the State Replenishment Manager when required.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Sales and Suppliers to achieve agreed business outcomes

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- Have a background in replenishment, inventory management, demand planning or supply chain planning
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with planning systems and reporting tools.
- A solid understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain operations
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The confidence to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
