About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, Investment Business Risk and Strategy, you’ll work collaboratively across the broader Investment Management team to provide senior level administrative support by:

Implementing administrative processes to support agenda. and paper preparation, and action for Board, Investment Committee and other Board-level Committees, keeping timeframes, feedback and details on track
Supporting the CIO and Heads of teams to run investment forums, collating documentation, administration, and preparing accurate minutes
Facilitating the review cycle for Investment Management policies, working with stakeholders across the business

About you

You're an experienced Senior level Administrator/Assistant who navigates complexity with ease and initiates action rather than waiting for direction. You thrive on structure and detail, and you’re comfortable engaging confidently with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders, bringing sound judgement and discretion to everything you do. You enjoy the detail work of documentation, process and continuous improvement and bring

Experience managing or supporting a secretariat, Board or forum administration function
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of investment governance frameworks and the superannuation industry advantageous
