At Uniting Communities, we are looking for an Administration and Data Coordinator who is sharp with detail, confident with Microsoft 365 and excited by the chance to make work flow better. You will support senior leaders across Community Services with administration, reporting, systems and projects, helping the team stay organised, connected and focused on work that makes a real difference.
What you'll get stuck into
- Keep administration, reporting and information moving across Community Services.
- Prepare reports, presentations and meeting documentation for senior leaders.
- Build and maintain practical tools, registers and trackers that people actually want to use.
- Help turn ideas and projects into clear actions, smooth processes and business-as-usual routines.Provide executive-style administrative support including diary management, travel bookings, meeting coordination and expense processing.
- Use Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint, to make collaboration, reporting and workflows easier.
About you
You are an organised, curious and tech-confident administrator or coordinator who likes making things run better. You enjoy variety, can juggle competing priorities, and are comfortable being the person others rely on to bring structure, momentum and follow-through.
You'll bring:
- At least 3 years' experience in a senior administration or coordination role.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A knack for keeping data, documents and reporting accurate, organised and easy to find.
- Confidence using digital tools to simplify work, track actions and connect people.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to customer service.
