About the Role
The Application Administrator implements the Client Support Strategy and provides second level support for the Commission’s business systems.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- ITIL V3 or V4 certification or equivalent skills and experience.
- Experience managing and providing Level 2/3 systems administration support across a broad range of complex business systems.
- Demonstrated recent experience in MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases as well as IIS.
- Experience using Azure technologies is highly desirable.
- High level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise system support documentation and technical documentation.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
- Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.

This role is based in at our Elizabeth Street, Sydney office with a hybrid work arrangement, minimum 2 days per week in the office. There may be after hours or weekend work during peak operational period.
