Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Assist customers with repair enquiries, pricing, and bookings.
Check in devices and create accurate repair tickets.
Record repair details and allocate parts to the correct jobs.
Update customers on repair progress via phone, email, or SMS.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Assist with stock management and parts ordering.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Support technicians and ensure smooth daily store operations.
Follow company procedures and policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic technical knowledge of smartphones/tablets is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
