Responsibilities:

Assist both the Director and Associate with managing emails: printing emails and attachments, filing and noting project reference numbers to streamline responses.
Draft emails based on verbal/written instructions from the Director.
Organize and save emails and attachments into the correct project folders.
Edit, update, compile, and issue client reports as needed.
Handle basic administrative tasks.
Manage office supplies and stationery orders.
Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and proactively respond to emails on behalf of the Director and associates.

Must-have attributes:

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
