The role:
BlueSky Mind Studio is seeking a Compliance and Operations Support Consultant to provide high-level administrative and operational support across our NDIS and Counselling services. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, supporting Participant intake and service coordination, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements. This role is responsible for billing, reporting, data management, quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful in the role, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for Participants, families, and stakeholders, managing enquiries, incoming calls, emails, appointments, and service access in a professional and responsive manner.
- Manage referrals for NDIS and Counselling services including preparing associated administrative documents
- Provide high-quality, professional and person-centered support to Participants, families, and key stakeholders through effective communication, coordination and administration
- Lead and support compliance monitoring, quality assurance, and audit activities across NDIS and Counselling teams, ensuring alignment with NDIS Practice Standards, Business Rules, and organisational requirements
- Monitor and review documentation, workflows, and operational processes to identify improvements, minimise risks, and strengthen service quality outcomes
- Assisting with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, work instructions, and training resources to enhance team capability and operational efficiency
- Coordinate and manage billing and financial administration processes including debtor management and billing discrepancies to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective service delivery
- Prepare and summarise operational data, reporting requirements, and service trends to support management decision-making, continuous improvement,and NDIS reporting obligations
- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and leadership to promote best practice, maintain compliance, and deliver exceptional participant outcomes.
