Our Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing a section of the kitchen on shift, maintaining hygienic standards and practices, training more junior kitchen colleagues, preparation and presentation of a consistent food product which meets customer’s expectations.
The successful candidate will be based in our Koomo kitchen. Koomo Restaurant’s menu is heavily inspired by Japanese cuisine however, in the world of Asian cuisine, the canvas is large and we embrace this at Koomo. We present food that inspires, intrigues and comes from the heart. Koomo takes the best of South Australia’s premium produce for a fresh, seasonal and locally-focused menu that is simply delicious.
