We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support enterprise digital transformation, API, integration and cloud initiatives.
The role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, architecture, engineering, operations and external vendors, translating business requirements into clear technical requirements and supporting solutions through design, development, testing, deployment and operational readiness.
The successful candidate will have strong experience working across complex enterprise environments, with hands-on understanding of APIs, integration platforms, microservices, cloud technologies and Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business, product and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements and operational challenges.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and solution requirements.
- Analyse existing business processes and systems and identify opportunities for simplification, automation and improvement.
- Perform technical and business impact assessments across applications, APIs, integrations and dependent systems.
- Analyse API and integration requirements across complex enterprise platforms.
- Work closely with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements.
- Coordinate dependencies across applications, integration platforms, cloud services and external vendors.
- Support API lifecycle activities, including requirements, interface analysis, integration dependencies and deployment readiness.
- Support solution design reviews and ensure business requirements are traceable through implementation.
- Coordinate defect analysis and resolution across business and technical teams.
- Support testing, release planning, deployment validation and production readiness.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, issues and impacts and facilitate resolution across relevant stakeholders.
- Support change management and operational transition activities.
- Maintain requirements, user stories, process documentation and technical artefacts in Jira and Confluence.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute to platform modernisation, cloud transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary: From 80,001 to 100,000 AUD per annum plus Superannuation.
