The Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing technology team delivering modern application, integration, and identity solutions.
This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer with strong experience across full stack development, API design, enterprise integration, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will play a key role in designing and developing secure, scalable applications while implementing modern authentication, authorisation, and integration patterns using Microsoft Entra ID and cloud-native technologies.
Working closely with architects, product owners, DevOps engineers, and security teams, you will contribute to the delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using frontend and backend technologies.
- Build scalable microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Develop responsive user interfaces and high-performance backend services.
- Design, develop, document, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Implement API security using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and API gateway technologies.
- Establish API governance, lifecycle management, monitoring, and versioning practices.
- Design and implement enterprise integration solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Develop event-driven integration solutions using messaging and streaming platforms.
- Work with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
- Support workflow automation, orchestration, and enterprise data synchronisation initiatives.
- Implement and support Microsoft Entra ID identity solutions.
- Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies.
- Implement authentication and authorisation frameworks using OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and related standards.
- Support identity governance, access controls, and role-based security models.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, DevOps teams, and stakeholders throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute to solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
What You'll Need
- Experience in Software Engineering, Full Stack Development, or related technology roles.
- Strong experience designing and developing enterprise-scale web applications.
- Experience building modern frontend and backend solutions.
- Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
- Experience with microservices-based architecture and cloud-native application development.
- Deep understanding of API security, authentication, and authorisation standards.
- Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and API Gateway technologies.
- Strong experience with enterprise integration patterns and integration platforms.
- Experience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
- Experience implementing SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and identity governance solutions.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively within Agile delivery environments.
