Administrative Support Officer

Competitive remuneration ranging from $87,199 to $95,482 plus super & annual leave loading

About the role

The Administrative Support Officer provides comprehensive administrative and customer service support to Systems Data & Reporting team. The role is responsible for coordinating administrative functions, project support activities and operational processes, ensuring business priorities are delivered efficiently, accurately and within required timeframes. The responsibilities include:

Providing administrative support, including diary, mailbox and records management.
Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and action items.
Preparing business documents, reports and correspondence.
Extracting records from CRM systems with high attention to detail and employing appropriate information security protocols.
Responding to stakeholder enquiries and delivering high-quality customer service.
Maintaining accurate records and supporting executive reporting.
Collaborating with the team to support efficient business operations.

About you -

Strong organisational skills to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Familiar with and confident using CRM systems and similar technologies
Ability to manage various administrative tasks with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills to respond to a range of enquiries
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
