About the role .

Our West Operations Team covering SA, NT & WA are seeking an Admin Support Team Member to support the Regional Managers and their wider team with general administration, meeting agendas, reporting requirements, diary management, travel coordination, processing expenses and formatting presentations.

This role is Full Time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday based in the SA Support Office, Unley.

What's involved.

Efficient diary management
Preparing communications such as emails, memos and presentations
Maintaining records and updating reports as required
Organising and Planning of meetings and events
Conducting and preparing research that the manager may require
Provide assistance to team members where required or requested
Key contact point for our site teams
Travel management of regional managers and site team members
Reconciliation of expenses
Complete ad hoc requests.

Who we’re looking for.

To be successful in this role you will have previous administration experience supporting a fast paced and busy team. You will be able to juggle multiple tasks and have the ability and confidence to build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

You’ll need:

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills – in particular Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
Superior verbal and written communication skills
The ability to collaborate with team members and the wider business
Possess a positive can-do attitude
Confidence in problem solving and remaining calm under pressure
Curiosity and a willingness to constantly test and revise your own thinking.
