An Executive Assistant to the Director of Medical Services plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director. The position sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and communication, acting as the DMS's trusted partner to ensure priorities are executed, information flows smoothly, and decisions are supported through effective preparation and clear communication.

Provide high-level executive and administrative support directly to the Director of Medical Services at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital, contributing to the smooth operation of a major healthcare service.
Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and communications in a fastpaced, high-stakes environment, where your organisational skills genuinely make a difference.
Supporting strategic initiatives and hospital-wide activities through efficient workflow management and stakeholder coordination.
