About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Hub Services Support team. Based in our Adelaide Head Office, the successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team, providing reliable support to NCI employees across the business.

This role delivers high-level administrative support to internal departments that service our clients across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

The key responsibilities include:

Preparing and uploading client documentation
Inputting and processing applications to underwriters
Loading, processing, and monitoring client information
Completing administrative tasks within set timeframes
Providing administrative support to other internal teams as required

This is a true administrative role where attention to detail and accurate data entry are essential. Success in the role also requires strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.

This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) and offers a gateway to a fulfilling career at NCI and within the credit insurance industry.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

12 months (or more!) of administration experience, ideally in an office or similar environment.
A genuine interest in or prior experience within the financial services industry.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a desire for a stable and rewarding administration career.
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in IT systems and the ability to adapt to change.
