Full Job Description

About the Role

Hydro Genius is a growing bottled water manufacturing business based in Wetherill Park. We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our office and factory operations.

This is a practical role suited to someone who is comfortable working across administration, suppliers, invoices, documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office administration and correspondence.
Respond to emails and coordinate communication with suppliers, vendors and service providers.
Maintain records, documents and company files.
Assist with purchase orders, supplier invoices and payment records.
Follow up with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and outstanding matters.
Assist with employee and factory administration.
Maintain basic spreadsheets and reports.
Coordinate documents required for factory operations and compliance.
Assist with scheduling meetings, visitors, service providers and site activities.
Support management with general administrative tasks.
Ensure important information and records are kept organised and up to date.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email and spreadsheets.
Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on outstanding matters.
Reliable, proactive and willing to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as support the wider team.

Desirable

Experience in manufacturing, logistics, food/beverage, warehousing or a similar environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.
