We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Property Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident property management professional who can take ownership of a portfolio, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and deliver exceptional service.
About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio while providing high-level service and support to property owners and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential properties
Maintain strong and professional relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers
Handle tenant enquiries, maintenance requests and property-related issues promptly
Coordinate routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears and tenancy matters
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trades and contractors
Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
Prepare and manage property documentation and compliance requirements
Communicate regularly with landlords regarding their properties
Handle difficult situations and resolve disputes professionally
Work closely with the sales and administration teams to support overall business goals
Assist with improving property management systems and procedures
Provide guidance and support to junior property management team members
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in residential property management
Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
Professional, confident and an excellent communicator
Strong in relationship management and customer service
Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
Comfortable handling challenging conversations and tenancy matters
Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team
Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office
A current Victorian driver's licence is preferred
