About the role

As a Collections Team Member, your main responsibility will be ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and partner drivers through the Direct to Boot Service.

This role best suits a candidate that enjoys working in a physically demanding and repetitive role. This role will require the successful applicants to lift up to 20 kgs repetitively throughout the duration of their shift.

As a part of creating a safe working environment, all candidates for this role can expect to undergo a pre-employment medical check as part of the recruitment process.

What you'll do

Ensure the accurate and timely handover of online orders to customers and logistics partners
Work across both ambient and chilled environments.
Consistency in order staging and loading is essential to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
High attention to detail is required to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and meet customer specifications.
