About the role:

- Developing intelligence tools that give our senior leaders faster, better access to the information they need to win and deliver work.
- Partner with stakeholders across design, project delivery and business support teams to identify opportunities and translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
- Ensure AI tools are secure, scalable and compliant with data governance, confidentiality and intellectual property requirements.
- Design workflow tools that integrate seamlessly into the environments our architects already use, helping them work faster without changing how they work.

- Exposure to AEC software a strong advantage: Revit, BIM tools, or similar is an asset
- The ability to work in a design studio, to ask good questions of designers, listen carefully, and build tools that fit how they work.
