In this role, you'll:
The role focuses on shaping ServiceNow demand pipeline and enabling effective delivery across the ServiceNow platform. You will work with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear and structured requirements, and ensure work is prioritised, well-defined, and ready for delivery.
It requires solid analytical skills, with the ability to assess impacts across the ServiceNow platform, including integrations, data structures and existing processes. You will support the alignment of solutions to platform standards by working closely with technical resources in the team. This includes ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and avoid unnecessary complexity.
In addition, the role demands effective collaboration and delivery support capability, to work across internal teams and external vendors, provide clarity to reduce ambiguity and rework, and support delivery activities such as planning, validation, and stakeholder communication. You will identify risks and dependencies early, support decision-making, and maintain a focus on quality and value throughout delivery.

About you
You are confident engaging with stakeholders to understand needs, shape demand, and guide conversations toward outcomes aligned with platform strategy. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment and can manage competing priorities with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into clear, actionable components. You have a working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and understand development concepts, tools and coding languages (e.g. JavaScript) to help resolve issues, and work in line with platform best practices. You will support end to end delivery including testing and release activities.
You are proactive in identifying risks, challenging assumptions, and ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose and sustainable. You are also comfortable working with vendors and delivery partners, ensuring expectations are well-defined and outcomes align with agreed standards.
