What you'll do
As a Marketing Executive in Woolworths Retail & Team, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimisation of Go-to-Market campaigns and digital performance marketing for Woolworths Food & Team campaigns sent by Everyday Rewards. The primary focus will be owned digital marketing channels to drive member engagement and sales at a basket, category and product level.
Briefing and execution of digital performance marketing campaigns, while supporting your squad on broader strategic pieces of work
Partner with our Everyday Rewards program and brand teams to successfully deliver campaigns, communications and creative.
Deliver presentations on activity, reporting and performance.
Support the socialisation of work internally to gain cross-functional support and engagement.
Lead the culture and actively engage in wider leadership beyond your formal remit.
What you'll bring
Lead by example with a positive ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude.
3-5+ years marketing experience in digital marketing and GTM (or similar roles).
End-to-end campaign management experience including strategic brief writing, creative evaluation, production and measurement.
Strong attention to detail as you’ll be setting up and approving offers sent to millions of customers.
Customer-first mindset to ensure offers and member journeys are optimised and seamless for them to engage with
