About the role

We have an opportunity for an Administrative Support Officer to be part of our Business Services Team, State Intelligence Command. The Administrative Support Officer provides administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the command/business unit.

Target Question 1:

This role plays a critical part in month end processing and as such it is imperative that journals and other upload data is accurate. Describe your experience in working in a finance environment where you had to prepare transactional journals for upload. How do you ensure data accuracy & integrity before a journal upload?

Target Question 2:

In this role you will need to have a strong commitment to customer service and ability to liaise with stakeholders across the Command & NSWPF. Give an example of where you have ensured that you met customer service standards within your organisation and how you have dealt with a difficult situation.
