Our award-winning graduate program has been running for many years and is ranked among Australia’s top ten small-sized programs on the AAGE Top Graduate Employers list.
Graduates are hired as permanent employees and spend their first 18 months on the graduate program, experiencing three different teams across our business, known as ‘rotations’. In addition to completing three rotations, graduates progress through a structured learning and development plan, have access to senior leaders, and spend time with their graduate cohort forming meaningful and long-lasting connections.
Our 2027 graduate business areas include:
Work across a range of programs focused on front line claims, digital transformation, modernisation and data-driven decision making.
Build a deep understanding of our customers through marketing strategy, partnerships and end-to-end customer engagement.
Gain exposure to how a global organisation uses data and technology to evolve. You’ll contribute to initiatives that improve systems, enhance customer experiences, and generate insights that inform key business decisions.
Work on campaigns and initiatives that shape how we connect with customers. You’ll gain insight into customer behaviour, brand strategy, and how we partner with regulators to deliver fair and effective outcomes.
Across your rotations, you’ll combine data, digital and customer insight to understand what drives growth and how modern businesses operate.
