Join a dynamic Workforce Development & Staffing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative and clerical support services across the organisation.

Build valuable stakeholder relationships by providing responsive customer service and support to staff, managers, and external clients both in person and over the phone.

Demonstrated experience in administrative support, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to provide professional customer service and respond effectively to enquiries from a diverse range of stakeholders.
Experience in workforce administration functions such as recruitment, rostering, payroll support, records management, and data entry, with a high level of attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems, with the ability to prepare reports, correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes to a high standard.
A proactive and collaborative team player who is committed to continuous improvement, quality service delivery, and supporting positive workforce outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Demonstrated ability to efficiently use computer office packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint as well as experience or the ability to learn other systems such as HR systems, purchasing, rostering and recruitment.
