About Us
We are a family-owned and operated manufacturer of Asian canapés, established in 1982. We make all our products from scratch and have built a strong reputation as one of the market leaders in both the retail supermarket and food service segments for Asian finger food — and we're only getting started.

About the role
This is a full-time, office-based position reporting directly to our Head of Sales. You'll work closely with our account managers across all aspects of the sales function, serving as a key point of contact for customers by phone and email. The role also encompasses general administration and accounting duties to support the smooth running of daily operations.

Full training will be provided, and for the right person, there is genuine scope to grow and develop your career with us.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound calls to customers to take and manage orders
Administrative support to the sales team and account managers
Responding to inbound calls and emails, delivering excellent customer service to internal and external contacts.
Identifying cross-sell opportunities and providing leads to our account managers.
Reconciling purchase orders to inbound deliveries
Processing and invoicing orders accurately and on time
Addressing customer complaints in line with company guidelines and corrective action procedures
Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using MYOB

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
Strong computer literacy and proficiency with standard office applications is a must
Experience with accounting software such as MYOB or Xero is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional phone and email manner
Exceptional telephone etiquette and rapport-building ability
Experience in an admin or similar role highly regarded
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
A flexible, willing-to-learn attitude and comfort working in a lean, dynamic team environment
