We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to help grow recently acquired internet businesses and apps.
This is not a narrow marketing role. You will be writing, launching, testing, measuring, and improving campaigns across multiple products. We are looking for someone who can take a rough idea, turn it into a practical campaign, ship it quickly, look at the numbers, and improve it without needing a lot of hand-holding.
You should have at least 2 years of hands-on marketing experience. A marketing degree is not required. What matters most is that you have already produced real results — for an employer, a client, your own project, a content channel, an e-commerce store, a SaaS product, or another business.
You will work on real products with real customers, and you will see your work directly affect traffic, signups, revenue, and brand awareness.
You will not be stuck doing one tiny part of marketing. You can work across content, SEO, email, paid ads, landing pages, social media, partnerships, lifecycle marketing, and other growth channels depending on where you are strongest and what the product needs.
You will help take small internet businesses from under-optimized to much more valuable. That means your work can have a visible impact very quickly.
You will work directly with founders and operators, not through layers of bureaucracy.
You will have room to take ownership fast. If you are good, reliable, and moving the numbers, you will be trusted with more responsibility quickly.

Planning and executing marketing campaigns across channels, including content, SEO, email, paid ads, social media, partnerships, and other acquisition channels.
Writing landing pages, blog posts, email sequences, social posts, ad copy, video scripts, product messaging, and other marketing assets that drive action.
Improving website and funnel conversion through better messaging, offers, calls to action, landing pages, and follow-up flows.
Researching customers, competitors, keywords, communities, and channels to find practical growth opportunities.
Building and growing audiences across platforms where our customers spend time.
Running experiments quickly, then using data to decide what to double down on, change, or stop.
Tracking marketing performance and reporting clearly on what is working, what is not working, and what should happen next.
Working with founders and operators on go-to-market strategy, positioning, launches, and user acquisition for newly acquired products.
Using AI tools intelligently for research, drafting, ideation, analysis, and speed — while still maintaining quality and judgment.
At least 2 years of hands-on marketing experience.
Strong written English. You do not need to sound American or British, but your writing must be clear, persuasive, and professional.
Evidence that you have created marketing work that produced results. Examples could include traffic growth, conversions, revenue, signups, leads, ranked content, a grown audience, profitable ad campaigns, successful email campaigns, or a strong portfolio of published work.
Comfort working across several areas of marketing. You do not need to be an expert in every channel, but you should be able to learn quickly and execute across more than one area.
Good judgment about what matters. We care less about vanity metrics and more about whether your work moves the business forward.
A practical, self-directed working style. You should be able to figure things out, make progress without constant instruction, and ask good questions when something is unclear.
Comfort with basic marketing analytics. You should be able to look at campaign performance, traffic, conversion rates, email metrics, or similar data and explain what it means.
High ownership. If something is not working, you look for the next test instead of waiting for someone else to tell you what to do.
Experience marketing SaaS, apps, digital products, e-commerce, online communities, newsletters, or creator/media businesses.
Experience with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, paid ads, conversion rate optimization, or social media growth.
Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Webflow, WordPress, Canva, Figma, Notion, Airtable, or similar tools.
Experience building or growing something yourself, even if it was not your main job.
