Details: Help Deliver Canberra's Biggest Events
Events ACT is seeking enthusiastic, adaptable and motivated people to join our casual event workforce and help deliver some of Canberra's most iconic events, including Floriade, Enlighten Festival, Australia Day, New Year's Eve and many more.
We are recruiting for two streams within our Event Delivery team:

Site Crew – hands-on operational roles supporting event bump-in, event operations and bump-out activities.

Event Delivery Support Staff – event operations roles including Stage Manager, Artist Liaison, Roving Support, Volunteer Coordinator and Site Office Coordinator.

About the Roles
As part of the Events ACT team, you may be involved in:

Assisting with the setup and pack-down of event infrastructure.

Installing signage, fencing scrim and site dressing elements.

Supporting warehouse and logistics activities, including loading and unloading vehicles and handling event equipment.

Coordinating volunteers and supporting event staffing requirements.

Assisting artists, performers and production teams.

Supporting site office operations, accreditation and inductions.
-
Maintaining clear communication across event sites using radio networks.

Contributing to safe event operations and emergency response procedures.

Working collaboratively to deliver outstanding experiences for the Canberra community.
