We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Learning & Development Administrator to join our Learning and Development team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the delivery of high-quality, compliant learning programs across the organisation, ensuring accurate data, strong systems and seamless coordination.
You will provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support, ensuring compliance training is tracked, learning systems are maintained, and training activities are delivered smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, managing systems, and contributing to a positive learning culture.
Key accountabilities
- Monitor mandatory training completion, maintain accurate audit-ready records, and provide regular compliance reporting.

Support the day-to-day management of the LMS, including enrolments, records, reporting, and responding to user queries.

Schedule and coordinate training activities and the organisational induction program, including communications, materials, attendance tracking and facilitation support as required.

Liaise with internal teams, facilitators, and training providers to support the effective delivery of learning programs.

Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Support learning delivery across programs, teams and locations.
You are an organised and proactive administrator with strong attention to detail and a passion for supporting learning and development. You enjoy working with systems and data, while also building positive relationships with stakeholders.
You will bring:

Solid experience in administration within learning & development.

Experience supporting compliance training requirements and maintaining accurate records

Strong data management and reporting skills with a high attention to detail

Significant experience using learning management systems - Litmos experience is essential!

Excellent communication, including facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines

A collaborative, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset
