Junior Recruitment Advisor | Kew
We're looking for a Junior Recruitment Advisor to join our Retail Talent Acquisition team and support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment across retail leadership roles in our Bonds, Bras n Things and Sheridan brands.
Reporting to the Recruitment Advisor, you'll play a key role in attracting, engaging and hiring talent while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator or Administrator looking to take the next step in their Talent Acquisition journey.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, offers and onboarding administration.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and support throughout the recruitment journey.
- Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, talent pools, ATS/CRM platforms and proactive sourcing initiatives.
- Support Retail Leaders by providing recruitment updates, guidance on hiring processes and recruitment best practices.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, reporting and data integrity within ATS and CRM systems.
- Assist with recruitment reporting, stakeholder meetings and talent pipeline development.
What you'll bring
- Confidence and ability to influence and coach hiring managers to make effective hiring decisions
- Recruitment coordination, administration or customer-facing experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and an highly organised approach to managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with a candidate focused mindset.
- Resilience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
