Senior Associate, Strategy Consulting

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Sydney office.

As a Senior Associate in Aon’s Strategy and Technology Group, you will work as part of a team delivering high-value strategy projects for insurers, reinsurers and investors across the insurance industry. You will help structure and execute workstreams, develop hypotheses, analyse market and financial data, create strategic reports, and support the delivery of strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

Structure, storyboard, plan and execute project workstreams.

Develop hypotheses to address complex and unstructured client problems.

Lead market research, financial and data analysis to support client outcomes.

Contribute to client deliverables, reports, proposals and business development activity.

Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and help build lasting client relationships.

Proven experience in strategy consulting, broader consulting, or an insurance audit background, ideally with 3 + years’ experience.

Strong problem-solving, analytical and hypothesis-led thinking skills.

Experience leading workstreams, managing outputs and supporting project delivery.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas clearly.
