About the role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our new and existing customers, providing friendly support and information on our natural gas product. Your duties will include:
Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment, ensuring high standards of customer service are consistently achieved and maintained.
Delivering exceptional customer experiences through an omnichannel contact centre, engaging via phone, email, web chat, and social media.
Responding to customer queries with accuracy and efficiency, assisting with account setup, maintenance, and a range of billing-related enquiries.
About you
Previous experience in customer service, and while call centre experience is highly regarded, it’s not essential.
Strong communication skills and can engage confidently and effectively with both customers and stakeholders.
You consistently demonstrate integrity, reliability, and positive workplace behaviours that contribute to a respectful team culture.
Excellent time management skills and resilience in adapting to fast-paced and changing environments.
Enthusiastic about being part of a growing, high-performing team and contributing to its success.
Tech-savvy and adaptable — you’re confident navigating digital tools and quick to learn new systems.
