We're after a Creative Strategy Lead to shape how Paramount's biggest cross-platform partnership proposals come together, while actively building the pipeline that feeds them. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Sydney sales team, spotting revenue opportunities, growing agency and client relationships, and pulling insight, creative and commercial thinking into pitches that are sharp, strategic and genuinely stand out in market.

What you'll do:

Own proposal development end-to-end — from brief to final delivery — making sure every response is commercially sharp and best-in-market.
Proactively identify and develop new revenue opportunities, getting under the skin of client challenges and coordinating the right internal solutions to meet them.
Build and maintain growth pipelines across high-potential agencies, categories and clients — this role has real business development weight, not just proposal delivery.
Shape the strategic narrative behind each pitch, connecting Paramount's full ecosystem to what the client actually needs.
Present proposals and partnership strategies directly to clients, co-owning the pitch alongside the sales team and building senior relationships as you go.

What you'll bring:

7+ years in media sales, strategic partnerships or commercial strategy, with a track record of winning new business.
A strategic mindset that turns data, audience and category insight into commercial opportunity.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills — you're just as comfortable drafting as you are pitching.
The flexibility and attention to detail to juggle multiple proposals in a fast-paced environment.
A natural relationship-builder, comfortable growing your own network across agencies, clients and internal teams.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney.
