Full-Time Permanent | 40 hours per week | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Near Parramatta / Western Sydney | On-site parking available
Manage service quotations, sales conversion and maintenance contract renewals

Service Sales and Contracts Administrator to join an established team in Western Sydney, near Parramatta.

About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in administration, service coordination, customer service or operational support who enjoys working with customers and has a strong commercial and sales mindset.

In this role, you will play an important part in managing service quotations, sales opportunities and maintenance contract renewals, while working closely with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

If you're highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented and confident with follow-ups, this could be an excellent next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities Service Quotations

Prepare, process and follow up field service-related quotations.
Monitor and update quotation status within the ERP system.
Follow up opportunities and convert quotations into sales.
Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Ensure tasks and records are completed accurately and with a high level of detail.
Review quotations from subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure they are competitive and aligned with agreed contracts, rates and terms.
Seek customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
Generate quotations within the required timeframe, including a target turnaround of 48 hours.
Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintenance Contracts

Prepare, process, send and follow up service and contract renewal proposals.
Convert contract renewal opportunities into sales.
Maintain and manage ERP and related contract databases.
Complete month-end contract reporting requirements.
Maintain online platforms for key accounts as required.
Coordinate with Service Sales Managers and state representatives regarding contract follow-up.
Visit customers as required.
Work towards and exceed key performance indicators.

What We're Looking For The successful candidate will ideally have:

Previous experience in administration, service coordination, customer service or a similar operational support role.
Experience within a service-based or technical service environment.
A demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas or targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
Proficient computer skills and confidence working with business systems.
Excellent administration and organisational skills.
