As the Business Analyst (Quality), you will join the Service Improvements team within the central Research Portfolio. The team exists to deliver system and process improvements to reduce administrative burdens for researchers, faculty research support teams and research portfolio specialist teams, such as Pre-Award, Post-Award and Clinical Trials.
Working with members of the Research Support Services Improvement team and colleagues in information technology, you will deliver a range of continuous improvement initiatives. This includes converting offline processes to digital forms and workflows and implementing digital and AI-enabled solutions, including a University -wide research support chatbot, to streamline workflows, improve access to information, and enhance the staff experience across the research lifecycle.
The team is passionate about improving researcher experience throughout the central research support lifecycle, to ultimately free up researchers to tackle the world’s greatest challenges.
