If you’re after impact, there’s no other organisation in Australia that delivers work on this scale.
Here's your chance to design and deliver efficient, customer-focused services that also enhance accessibility, sustainability and overall quality of living for more people than you've imagined.
In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a team delivering advanced technical, research and analytical expertise to support service planning specifications, timetables and operating strategies across an integrated multimodal transport network.
You’ll analyse demand, performance and customer data, design integrated network plans, and support service optimisation initiatives that improve customer experience and service performance.
You’ll translate complex data into practical service solutions in a complex planning and operational environment, balancing infrastructure constraints, efficiency and the goal of increasing public transport usage.
This role is based in Sydney and is hybrid friendly meaning flexible work options may be available.

You’re recognised as a trusted technical adviser, and you can interpret demand and performance data, develop timetables, and provide clear, credible advice on service impacts and compliance.
You’ve got experience in demand analysis, timetable development and stakeholder engagement, and you can work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams and agencies in a fast paced setting.
